Returns and Refund Policy

Customers may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in suitable condition for resale.
Personalised products, hygiene items that have been opened, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
